Keenan Crowley works with eligible clients through select insurance arrangements, while Lakeview Counseling & Consulting offers transparent private-pay rates. We encourage prospective clients to confirm their insurance eligibility and financial responsibility before beginning services.
Out-of-network reimbursement.
Private-pay clients may request a superbill — an itemized receipt — to submit to their insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurer and is not guaranteed. Lakeview Counseling & Consulting, LLC does not verify insurance benefits or guarantee coverage.

We offer two pathways so you can access counseling in the way that works best for you.
Insurance-based appointments
Insurance-based counseling appointments with Keenan may be available through select participating practice arrangements. Plans currently available for eligibility review include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Florida Blue, Cigna/Evernorth, and Meritain Health. Eligibility, provider arrangements, and billing details are confirmed before services begin.

Private pay & out-of-network
Private-pay counseling is available when permitted by applicable requirements. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt — to submit to your insurer. Reimbursement is determined by your insurer and is not guaranteed.

Sliding scale availability.
A limited number of reduced-fee slots may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us to discuss your situation. Availability is not guaranteed.
Accepted payment methods.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Private-pay clients book and pay through Carepatron.
Good Faith Estimate.
