My Journey
Meet Keenan Crowley.
I'm a husband and father of three. That's not a credential — but it does mean I understand something about the weight of family life, the pressure of trying to show up well for the people who depend on you, and the particular exhaustion that comes with caring about things that matter.
I work with men, couples, children, teens, and families. I'm practical and direct. I'm not going to have you talk in circles for months without a sense of what we're working toward. I want you to leave sessions with something useful.
My approach draws on cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and faith-informed perspectives for those who want them. I'm PREPARE/ENRICH certified for premarital and couples work, and I have training in play therapy and sandtray approaches for children.

EMDR is a structured psychotherapy used to help people process distressing memories, trauma, and experiences that continue affecting the present. Keenan is completing specialized EMDR training and may incorporate EMDR into treatment when clinically appropriate and within his training, supervision, competence, and scope of practice.
