Men's Counseling · Orlando & Longwood, FL
Counseling for men who'd rather just figure out what's wrong and fix it.
Direct, practical counseling for men dealing with stress, anger, relationship strain, fatherhood, burnout, or the quiet sense that something's off — without the jargon or the pressure to perform.
You handle things. That's what you do.
Work. Family. Finances. Relationships. You manage it. You push through. You figure it out. And most of the time, that works.
But sometimes something starts to feel off — and you can't quite put your finger on it. Maybe it's anxiety that shows up as irritability. Anger that comes out harder than you intended. A marriage that keeps hitting the same wall. Pressure you can't shake no matter how much you accomplish. Or just a quiet sense that you're succeeding at everything on the outside while struggling on the inside.
You've probably tried to work through it on your own. That's not a character flaw — it's just what you do. But some things don't get better by grinding harder. They get better by understanding them.
What men come in for.
Anxiety & stress
The kind that doesn't go away after a good night's sleep. Constant pressure, overthinking, physical tension, and the feeling that you're always one step behind.
Anger & emotional regulation
When frustration comes out harder than you intended — at your partner, your kids, or yourself. Learning to respond instead of react.
Relationships & marriage
Communication that keeps breaking down. Emotional distance. Conflict that circles the same drain. Working on the relationship before it reaches a crisis point.
Fatherhood
The weight of wanting to show up differently than you were shown. Navigating discipline, connection, and what it actually means to be present.
Burnout & identity
When the thing you built your life around stops feeling like enough. Career pressure, purpose, and figuring out who you are outside of what you produce.
ADHD
Difficulty focusing, following through, managing time, or staying organized — and the frustration and self-criticism that often come with it.
How it works here.
Sessions are direct and goal-oriented. You don't have to spend months talking about your childhood before anything useful happens. We'll identify what's going on, figure out what's maintaining it, and build practical strategies you can actually use.
That said, some things do require going a little deeper — and that's fine too. The pace is yours. The goal is always to leave sessions with something concrete, not just a sense of having been heard.

A male counselor who gets it.
I'm a husband and father of three. I work with a lot of men, and I understand the particular way men often come to counseling — reluctantly, practically, and with a strong preference for getting to the point. I'm not going to push you to emote on a schedule or spend sessions talking about your feelings in the abstract. I'm going to help you figure out what's actually going on and what to do about it. I'll also challenge you when that's what's useful — not harshly, but honestly.
