I'm Keenan Crowley. Here's what you should know before you reach out.

I'm a husband and a father of three. I say that not as a credential, but because it shapes how I understand the people I work with. I know what it's like to be responsible for a family, to feel the weight of that, and to want to show up well for the people who depend on you — even when you're running on empty.

I work with men, couples, children, teens, and families. A lot of what I see in the counseling room are things people have been carrying quietly for a long time — relationship strain that's been building for years, anxiety that's become background noise, parenting that feels harder than it should, or a persistent sense that something needs to change without being able to name exactly what.

My approach is direct and practical. I'm not going to have you talk in circles for months without a clear sense of what we're working toward. I want you to leave sessions with something concrete — a clearer picture of what's happening, a skill you can actually use, or a different way of looking at something that's been stuck. I'll also challenge you when that's what's useful. Not harshly, but honestly. I think that's part of the job.

I don't believe counseling should feel like a lecture or a performance review. It should feel like an honest conversation with someone who's paying attention and actually wants to help you figure things out.
